Social Justice

The Social Justice Group is a team of volunteers from Years 5 and 6 that investigate ways to which we can serve to community beyond the school and organises fundraising events for St Joseph's chosen charities.  The objective of the group is to support as many charities as we can and to make the fundraising events fun and enjoyable.  Here are some examples of the charities we have helped this school year:
·       The Royal British Legion
·       Maggie's Centre
·       CAFOD
·       Oxford Food Bank
We try to make each event special and slightly different.  Our most recent events have included music concerts and non-uniform days.  Any support and ideas are welcome.  If you have a suggestion please ask any of its members or Mrs Tomkys (head of the group)
